Ingredients

1.5 oz Wiggly Bridge White Rum

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz simple syrup

1 egg white

Thin lime wheel as garnish

Methodology:

Add all ingredients except egg whites into tumbler.

Shake with ice.

Strain contents into top tumbler and dump ice.

Add egg white and shake for 25 seconds.

Double Strain into a coupe glass.
