Ingredients

1.5 oz Wiggly Bridge Bottled in Bond Bourbon Whisky

.5 oz Zucca Amaro

.5 oz Punt E Mes Sweet Vermouth

12 drops of Salted Vanilla Tincture (Recipe Below)*

*2 oz Giffard Madagascar Vanilla Liqueur

*.25 oz Sea Salt

Methodology:

Cocktail created by Brian Catapang from Magnus on Water, Winner of Wiggly Bridge Distillery Cocktail Competition

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.

Stir until mixing glass is cold to the touch, but careful not to over dilute.

Pour into a rocks glass over 1 big clear ice cube.
