Ingredients

2 oz Wiggly Bridge Platinum Agave

.75 oz Prickly Pear Puree

.75 oz Ginger Syrup

.5 oz Lime juice

2 dashes of peach bitters

splash of soda water

mint as garnish

Methodology:

Add all ingredients except soda water to tumbler.

Shake well.

Double strain ingredients into a chilled coupe glass.

Add a splash of soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
