Reposado Agave Blue
Wiggly Bridge Reposado Agave Blue is made from 100 percent blue agave, no sugar added. The blue agave plant, a relative of the aloe plant and its juices, is distilled into agave, otherwise known as tequila.
Tasting Notes:
Color: a light amber
Aroma: Clean, fruity (pear, green apple cantaloupe) flavors are accented with a subtle hit of allspice, cardamom and cinnamon.
Palate: A hint of green pepper enters the scene and leaves with a drop of vanilla, a sprinkle of salt and whiff of smoke. There’s just enough influence from the oak to give it character without taking over.
Finish: Wiggly Bridge ages their Agave Blue Reposado from 2-11 months in their rum and bourbon barrels, which adds an amazing complexity to the spirits from these barrel types.
