White Whisky
A bold spirit made from our bourbon sour mash. Our White Whisky is rested very quickly in our used bourbon barrels. This spirit truly opens up on second sip.
Wiggly Bridge Distillery White Whisky is bright, cleaned, and balanced.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Clear with an almost unnoticeable trace of tannins from the barrel.
Aroma: Bright floral, grapefruit, light vanilla, bread, and corn
Palate: The corn really shines up front with a round soft sweetness. The rye lends it a subtle spiciness and the malt gives it a nice backbone. At 50% ABV it drinks very nice as a sipper or on the rocks.
Finish: Sweet cooked corn, soft vanilla, white pepper, grace
