🥃 Did You Know? The secret to our small-batch spirits isn’t only top-quality ingredients, care and time... it’s also our handmade copper pot stills!

We literally built them ourselves. 💪🔧

Father and son Dave and David spent years designing and building stills. Tweaking and modifying based on what they liked (and didn’t like). It was all about hands-on learning, patience, and a whole lot of grit and determination.

👨‍🏭 Fun fact: David wasn’t a welder by trade. He actually taught himself how to weld by watching YouTube videos and practicing through good old-fashioned trial and error. There were definitely some struggles along the way. Persistence paid off and the result is a set of stills as unique and hardworking as the family behind them.

🚧 When we re-open after our repairs and improvements (sorry we are still closed to the public) stop in and ask us about the stills. We love sharing the story (and the spirits)!
